As a Business Consultant, I work closely with clients to identify any business challenges or opportunities that may exist. Because of this, I engage in innovative and creative processes that lead to the development of actionable solutions that can improve the overall operational and financial health of their business.

Additionally, as a Business Coach, I facilitate the processes that are necessary and sufficient to empower clients to take charge of their own progress. In contrast, consulting is more defined around problem-solving and the suggestion of specific solutions, whereas Business Coaching is centered around collaborating to find solutions, formulating an action plan, and looking at broader perspectives. Furthermore, Business Coaching also helps to develop processes for the business to proceed. As a result, clients are empowered to self-help.
